Refunds & cancellation

If we cannot establish first ownership, the tag fee you paid is refunded in full within 7 working days to the original payment method.

You may cancel any time before the tag enters production for a full refund.

Once the tag has been engraved with your registration number it is a personalised product; at that stage we can refund the tag fee minus production cost, and shipping is not refundable.

If the tag arrives damaged, or the engraved registration number does not match your application, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We replace it at no cost.

The verified status is removed when the vehicle changes hands. The tag fee already paid is not refundable in this case, since verification and production were completed.

Write to support@firsthandluxurycar.com from the email address used on your application, with your registration number. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days; bank credit timelines depend on your issuer.
