Terms of service

The tag is currently offered for passenger vehicles with an ex-showroom price above ₹60 lakh, registered in India.

The applicant must be the first registered owner of the vehicle. Company-owned vehicles may apply where the applicant is an authorised signatory.

You confirm that all details and documents submitted are true, complete and belong to the vehicle in the application.

Submitting forged, altered or third-party documents results in immediate rejection, permanent removal of verified status and forfeiture of fees.

Verification typically completes in 7 to 12 working days from receipt of complete documents. Incomplete applications pause the clock.

We may request additional documents. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion; a declined application is not a statement about you or the vehicle.

The physical tag remains a product you own. The verified status is a service tied to a specific registration number and remains under our control.

The tag must be displayed only on the vehicle it was issued for. Displaying it on any other vehicle is a misuse of the mark and terminates the verified status.

The verified first-owner status is personal and non-transferable. On sale or transfer of the vehicle, the verified status is removed and the public lookup will no longer show the vehicle as verified.

You agree to inform us within 15 days of transferring ownership of the vehicle.

The FIRST word mark, crown device, tag design and verification system are our intellectual property. Reproducing the tag or presenting an unverified tag as verified is prohibited.

The verification system confirms our record for a registration number. It is not a valuation, a legal title certificate, a mechanical inspection, or a guarantee of resale value.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the tag.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
